I dont think you understand.. A shell is a ticker symbol with no company attached, the last PR's on this were from when the company 'Addison Davis Diagnostics Inc was using it... 'Addison Davis Diagnostics Inc has since went out of buisness, and i suspect the last R/S was preformed to clean up the shell so another company can merge into it.

you can call 'Addison Davis Diagnostics Inc all day long..its not a company anymore..from what i understand
