Well, filing said that several draws subsequent to Sept 30 had taken place against the .001 conversions. I believe Candent had one for 25,000,000 or $25,000 and Cornell had one for 40,000,000 or $40,000. There may have been one other draw on the .001's - all subsequent to Sept 30. It's in the notes under debentures.

The Original Cornell one is down to $150,000 and convertible at lesser of .015 or 85% of some ten day average. Since everyone feels inclined to sell and lower the price, I guess they can get them converted a bit cheaper than .015 right now.
