Mr. Smith never beat his wife in his life, but the second example contains an implicit accusation, and implied conclusion that Mr. Smith is forced to defend, should he choose to answer at all.

Like I said, I'm not disputing that there are some facts being posted here, but it is also abundantly clear that not everything posted is factual. And it's equally clear there are personal agendas being hammered out too.
