Talked to the Texas State Comptrollers Office. They said The Tire Chef Inc. has franchise status in Texas, but they are not in good standing. Didn't go into specifics as to why not. They listed their address as Wiseman AR, with an agent in Lubbock Tx. Also said president listed as Lathy Chancey (not sure on spelling of last name). Anyone who wants to verify this can call the Texas Comptrollers Office at 1-800-531-5441.
