Who is buying all those shares? Pretty simple question.

Phish, I'm answering your question directly. It's a "simple" answer" as well. TRADE-OUT AGREEMENTS. I suggest you do some DD on trade-outs. The MM has to "BUY" the uptick. Do you not understand to do that he buys stock at best ask? He then liquidates his clients' block of stock + the number of shares to PAY FOR THE STOCK HE BOUGHT + HIS COMMISSION. That is more stock sold then bought, hence it is called "sprial death". The 25 million serial preferred are used to hedge trading & as inventory for the trade-outs. This will eventually result in zero bid, massive dilution & the insiders liquidating all their stock at the common's expense.
