Martingale I have to agree with traderfan on your 25 cent comment from Paul. I intended to work the $.25, $3,000,000 into market vs the roughly 120 million + shares to prove it reasonable but the math does add up.

The your numbers quoted make no sense in justifying $.25 for XXIS.

Here is my guesstimation that $.025 is more realistic.
If someone can justifiy $.25 for 141 openning please post it.


Assumptions for the estimate (from martingale's discussion with Paul

1) Spooz will hold close to 50% of total XXIS shares
2) They are only going to put out into the market $3,000,000 worth of shares.

So if our 120 million shares is about 50% of XXIS total then
XXIS shares in the market should be slightly above 120m. shares.

If $3 million XXIS shares are going into the market

$.025 = $3 million / 120,000,000

Therefore quote of $.25 looks like a mistake.
