I would request all 3 amendments just so we can get a clearer picture of what is happening. I think it mostly likey is either a Reverse Split or an increase in Authorized shares. If you notice in the PR about clearing up the share structure, he says the following:

"It has come to my attention that there was a bit of misinformation regarding the capital structure of our Company floating around. We've received some concerned questions from investors, some of whom believed the number of authorized shares to be as high as 1.5 billion . I want to take this opportunity to clarify that our current capital structure is 490 million authorized shares and we are currently working with pinksheets.com to correct the dated information,"

Hmmmm....1.5B huh????? you say you dont have 1.5B ?? hmmmm, why would you say didnt have 1.5B??? Well, at the time of that PR , he didnt. But guess what?? Well, go back to the Wyoming State site and click on the Public Notes Tab. "Common Stock: 1,490,000,000 Common Par Value: $0.0001"

Ooops. Ok, if anyone can add anything that would be great. I know most of you know they are diluting as of 8/8/07. Funny, this guy didnt waste anytime diluting. That date happens to be the day after the symbol change. AHHAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA. Ok , this aint funny.
