LOL first of all please read the filings.. the O/S is not 5B.. rather it is 1.7B. Second, I don't think their 10% holder David Richards, Morgan McClure, the BOD, all the former AERO private shareholders who are now FCCN/AERO shareholders, and all the peviously existing FCCN holders would take to kindly to the scenario you mentioned. More simply, we have the votes to stop that from happening. But IMO that rash action will not be needed as Mgmt has stayed true to its word by reducing costs and not diluting thus far.. and they have a vested interest in maintaining shareholder value, as they are all shareholders as well.
