Its likely "the market" has no idea how to interpret a quarterly report with pro forma financials on two companies that had not merged, yet the financials are merged for that period. Regardless, the 10-SIB should have been exactly what was expected given everything that was said by the company over the last month.

The something more substantial, which we have discussed in great detail over the past several weeks by email, will be coming as the integration of Dr. Gas and Aero moves forward. We all know what it is, it just needs to happen.

The possibilities for a public company to make an acquisition are generally as follows: 1) Cash 2) Equity 3) A combination of the two
Within those three possibilities are many options. Cash over time, short-term equity vs. long-term equity, private placement financing...there are too many to list here. Aero believes it has the ability to make the acquisition, and we would have to wait for a public discussion of how it will be done
