I don't know for sure.

I am a natural skeptic, but I believe the PR did originate from Baxter. I have concluded for myself that the only import of the PR is to get Calypso shareholders off the back of Baxter. No real new information was offered.

In a nutshell it said:
Calypso owns the 4 patents and we are working with them on 5 more patents.
