To designate a float as low or not IMO would not be that easy to define. Say an original investor owned app. 1% of all shares and their shares are considered in the float or available for sale, but the pps is unappealing at a given time, or..their shares are not available till pps is higher. I suppose that does not change the actual float number but you would play heck getting those shares until said holder was ready to deal. I guess what I am trying to say is..available for sale don't mean..gotta sell. Is 121mil. float high or low for us, I have no actual knowledge, but IMO the actual available shares for sale at this time(pps)is considerably lower ..Just my thought..doodle
