Just a question of curiosity for you or anyone who may answer it in all sincerity and common sense;

What does Megas live on, is he rich and does not need BCIT to prosper? OR, is he trying to harbor the entire shares of BCIT for himself [the company]? Has he found a way to completely ignore the shareholders and go on his merry way with all proceeds of the company forever [w/o any shareholders]?

Thanks for all reasonable and well explained answers, as I'm sure I'm not the only dummy here, lol.
