Icurn : Pluginz is now in control of PlanetLink upon their reverse merger of PlanetLink , and as such Pluginz is the entity acquiring DNC Multimedia using PlanetLink shares .

It can be confusing , you betcha . The reverse merger had to happen first , then the acquisition of DNC .
