Letter from Keith:

Our investment club has refrained from bothering Hemi management as much as possible and will continue this policy. However, Keith was generous enough to address the concerns of one of our members in an e-mail. In short, Keith wrote:

1. Hemi has still not sold any shares on the open market.

2. Hemi management has absolutely no knowledge whatsoever
of where the AH trades are coming from.

3. Hemi has had no 504 offerings at all.

4. Some 2 year old shares have come off restriction. The
number of which is far below 1 million shares.


Keith had just got back from KS and had a lot of things to catch up on. There were several other questions he is going to e-mail us answers to when he has a little more time.
Things have NOT changed. Hemi is still on the public record as not selling shares. Keith and company are building Hemi up every day and the future looks bright.
