LOS ANGELES, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/15/07 -- Empire Film Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EFGU) is pleased to announce that it is in active development on a new series of family films entitled, "Living the Dream," created and written by Gerry Anderson.
"I'm very excited to be working with Dean and the management team of Empire Film Group on the many projects the company is developing and plans to produce and release. Empire's production slate of film and television projects are both artistically driven and commercially viable," stated Gerry Anderson. "Living The Dream" is a series of family movies about Extreme Sports in which young athletes attempt to accomplish their dreams. The first film of this series follows two teenage brothers who strive to compete on the Supercross Circuit, the premier dirt-bike racing series in the world, featuring the world's fastest off-road riders. The inspirational film explores the personal lives of the two brothers as they pursue and live their dream of racing on the Supercross Circuit.
Gerry is the brother of Pamela Anderson, and most recently collaborated as co-writer and co-producer with Dean Hamilton Bornstein, CEO of Empire Film Group, Inc. , on the film, "Blonde and Blonder" which is scheduled to be released in 2008. The film stars Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards and the Farley Brothers. Blonde and Blonder, is best described as Legally Blonde meets Dumb and Dumber, and follows the hilarious antics of Dee Twiddle (Anderson) and her equally blond-brained sidekick Dawn St. Dom (Richards) as they outrun a clutch of cops and criminals after being mistaken for killers-for-hire.
