raggs - I agree...a lot of people have been attacking Peacock on this deal..but he did say this was a first for him on this type deal..i too believe he saw the big picture..not only Aero but he knew of Dr Gas and other possible mergers here to see the big picture....

i am sure a lot of longs see the big picture also but do not wish to discuss it here so that it can be torn apart by the naysayers...
