Mr. XXXXXXX,
Pearl Asian Mining Industries, Inc. is not a SCAM company. It is a fully registered operational and revenue producing mining company. AGN is the transfer agent and is an SEC and DTCC registered transfer agency. As the TA for PAIM, we continue to receive transfer requests from Ameritrade.
With regards to TD Ameritrade's decision to only sell and not allow their customers to purchase is beyond PAIM's control nor can DTCC force Ameritrade to resume buy/sell of PAIM. We have spoken to their Risk Department and the only information they can give us is the same response you are getting. We asked for specific reasons for the freeze of their PAIM trading but was not given specifics but the same boiler plate response. We have however were given another contact person to hopefully get the information we need. We are currently working on finding the reasons and to give them any information that may resolve their concerns. It is their administrative decision and we can only hope and willing to work with them.
PAIM continues to work towards uplifting to a higher exchange and it is the goal to remain a long term company. For any concerns, you may visit PAIM website at http://www.pearlasianmining.com/home.html and contact the investor relations.
The recent PR provided updates of the activities of PAIM.

Thank you,
