2. Closing of Dr. Gas
3. New symbol & name change upon closing of Dr. Gas
4. 8K with Dr. Gas Financials**************
5. More Patent approvals*********
6. More distribitors/wholesale agreements
7. The rise in PPS and shareholders seeing the color green everywhere.
8. No dilution in 3Q has been documented
9. No dilution will be documented for Q4
