In the next 12 months GMED wants to construct a 10-20K SNP chip and use it to "solve" one disease as a proof of concept. The following year they want to use the chip to "run through" the 250 most common diseases and corner the market on disease causing genes.

In 3-5 years GMED think they will be the major genomics based disease management company in the US and Japan. They should be the starting point of collaborations with drug companies as they will know the targets for new drugs.

There are currently 125M shares outstanding with 35-40M restricted shares due to be issued to Research Capital and ADOT.
