4k - just rereading the 8k filed in Oct that sent everybody on edge....
you know they were late in filing because they were making every effort to dot the i's and cross the t's. so they included every statement possible to show their future intent...

IMO - they are not going to be just "Aero Exhaust" the exhaust folks...they are going to be "Nascar" branded auto parts supplier....
