The news is irrelevant. Price action is what matters. The news or fundamentals of the company have not changed since the high at $.36

OTC's are not investments. They are trades. If OTC's were good investments, rich people would own them and they would be covered by analysts.

I am here because I am a former owner of the stock looking to get back in once all the "investors" give up on the stock and bail.

I have been posting to stay clear of the stock since it was up near $.25. Seems to me some sane advice in comparison to all the cheerleading that goes on by the people that own the stock, keep buying more and more on the way down, and are now in hold and hope mode. If just one person didn't buy the stock because of my posts, then my job is done.

If you don't like what I have to say, ignore me. This is a public forum and I have the right to post just as much as an owner of the stock.
