This marks the start of the end for existing DVFI shareholders. 125 million new DVFI shares hitting the market via this dividend. So now DVFI's current price of .0 0 0 5 will become . 0 0 0 2. I hope WRNW shareholders don't think this is a good thing because DVFI will be worthless (it already is) by the time the shares are paid out. Also, don't expect a pay date anytime soon. That will be the next issue. DVFI has always had problems with pay dates.

On a positive note, maybe they are issuing the dividend to get DVFI's shareholder base back over 300. This is one requirement for an OTC BB listing, not pink sheets, but Bulletin Board...hmmmmmm
