It is unlikely that XXIS would simply "give" their company to another entity without some form of payment whether it be shares or actual cash from SPZI. Progress has been made, not as quickly as some traders would like, and we all are anxious to have the plan outlined but I don't get the feeling there is any concern about available cash for at least the next few months. Also, I believe we will have the info we are waiting on before the next quarter report. Delays are always inherent in a startup business and this is a very complicated structure that is being put together with lots of players who also exert some control over when and how things get rolling.
