unfortunately, huge numbers posted on some website without any proof don't make a lot of difference, huge or not. I can post huge numbers on my website and then dump some of my stocks on you.
Reopening of the exchange also won't matter as long as people can not sell (who will buy for 0.01 if you can get the same for 0.0004?) and get their money back off the exchange.
Quite some things todo it seems...
