Why not do some real due diligence and find out?

It's not difficult. Some of us new about MDMN's increase well before it was posted on MP.

I'll give you a hint. Do a business entity search at the secretary of state site for state where CDCH is incorporated. It's the same state that MDMN in incorportated.

You can examine both companies corporate actions there.

I'm not trying to be harsh, but me telling you how to find it isn't going to learn you much. :)
