Spoke to Tom today, this is what I take away from the situation:
1. Source energy is still alive, waiting for changes to contract, could be anyday. Apparenty, they are based out of california and move at cali speeds
2. Talking to others in New York state in case Source falls through
3. Will not put a PR until something is SOLID
4. Scion said all the right things but were a bunch of schmuks. Thanks to the Michigan crew on this board, they led Tom into delays and empty promises. My guesses would be Trader & Threeflight
5. Tom kept dwelling on the Scion debacle, seemed consumed over it. That was the most negative thing, Sharon quit over it, sounds like she had a nervous breakdown and was in the hospital
6. Tom seems like a confused man, just hope he can get his crap together and close the deal
