What do these sites have in common?

All except one are your typical stock pick site, the momo pickers ... most of them compensated by the companies they "profile" and/or front-loading before announcing their picks ... all of them spamming their picks all over the place on message boards and through emails (there are many, many others we're all familiar with). They're all touting the next big Microsoft! There's even a site (TipReporter) that rates pickers and reports their picks.
I subscribe to nearly all the known pickers email services. Why? So I can buy the stock before everyone else gets in and make big profits? WRONG! I subscribe so I'll be aware the stocks are being touted. That helps keep me from getting caught at the high holding an empty bag. Ever see some obscure OTCBB stock run up for a couple of days on no filings, no news, no nothing? You scratch your head and wonder, never knowing why. Well, it could just be they were some popular pickers pick that week.
So which of these is different from the rest?
