There is no chance AMD filed the antitrust suit against Intel because of a desire to sell the Dresden fab.

I can understand your saying there is little chance, but why do you say there is no chance?

The new management will then settle the antitrust litigation and obtain the unfettered right to use foundries.

So you think Intel would be willing to release AMD from that restriction?
