just for info
received a letter from my brokerage on behalf of genesis
reagrding amendment to name and increase in authorized shares...

as of oct 12 company has 91 589 760 shares outstanding

reason i share this is because most of us think there is about 85 mill outstanding...but this is stating 91.589 million outstanding...
