KP...I took plenty of 'action' re both Mobile Stream and Global Resource officers,long before I joined this board:I gave up in frustration this summer. I thought your comment was more in tune with a certain other board,linked in one of your postings. As I keep saying, accurate/timely/regular investor updates would remove most of the concern and conjecture expressed on most boards. eg the Shareholder Letter on GRBC website describes submission of registration documents taking place shortly after June 31st quarterly 10-QSB form was filed(this due by 14th August.)It is now November 13th and DM mentions file submission this week! Have we had anything from JA without chasing..have we ****. Should submission actually occur (believe JA when it happens) the usual time to completion of registration with the SEC is 90 to 120 days-this again taken from Shareholder Letter.On that basis it would appear that transfer is at least 3 months away if at all.
