Just got off the phone with an associate of Joseph Meuese. Joseph is out of the country but the associate told me that TDWV has been sold and a company will be merged into it soon. He was very tight lipped but I did manage to get that info. out of him. He said the time frame for completion of the merger will be anywhere from 1 to 2 months.
