Nashville Records Expands on TriMark(TM) Anti-Piracy Technology



Nashville Records, Inc. (PINK SHEETS: NSHV) has completed acquisition for majority ownership of TriMark™ anti-piracy technology estimated to rollout in early 2008.

The business model provides recurring income of $.05 or higher for every download and CD manufactured. This revenue will contribute heavily towards 2008 proforma revenues and earnings targets.

TriMark™ is state-of-the-art one of a kind encryption technology that will enter a market where an estimated $40 billion annually is lost to pirating. Annual revenues are projected to increase at high double-digit levels for the foreseeable future and will be the driving force behind the Company’s future earnings.
