Look for more insider buying to show up here:

Robert Clark bought some more stock the other day, and at least one other insider is rumored to be filing the necessary SEC paperwork. It might take a day or two before it shows up on the data bases, but it sounds like the good news is in the pipeline.

One of the buyers is rumored to be Grady Rosier, on the board of directors. He is also Buffet's right hand man, one smart guy.

So why are the insiders buying again? It seems clear that nobody is selling, so what gives?

The story I heard suggests that Evergreen has completed enough work on the "A" processor to begin testing. That is a significant accomplishment, because they have already applied the same changes to the "B" processor, and achieved capacity of roughly 75%. In other words, the production rate of that Ft. Union plant is getting ready to DOUBLE in the near future.

I was happy to hear this, considering they got the major work done BEFORE the cold Wyoming winter set in. You can imagine how much easier it is to work outside in non-freezing temperatures.

Having two processors up and running will greatly help Evergreen. One can be used for continuous production to supply existing customers, while the other can be used to processes unique coal samples for new customers, and test additional plant enhancements.

Of course everybody would like to see that plant running at 100% capacity, but is 75% so bad? Do you really think that justifies the stock falling from $22 all the way down to $3 ????? I think there is big money to be made here.....
