Hi ispro,
the more Wave invests in things like FDE and biometrics and NAC, the more Infineon is going to incline towards throwing in the towel.

As a hardware provider, do they really want to spend the kind of money Wave is on software and infrastructure?

In the end, they'll decide they are better off selling their TPM chips with ESC, in my view. The software development is a cost for them, which they can avoid by incorporating Wave's stuff on their chips.

Interoperability will win in the long run.

All this costly development work is not without a purpose. That much should be obvious.
