Maybe they get some restricted shares of ICBM. Last count had us 200 million shares short of the A/S (750 million O/S).
The other possibility could be that they get some ownership in NLA. I think this is the more feasible option. They are not investing in ICBM....they are investing in the airline.
Let's see....50 million projected revenue next year and a 12 million investment from the outside company(ies). A 25% ownership position in the new airline would do the trick to make them even (and that is just based on Tunisia). If NLA signs anymore deals then that ownership position could be more in the 5-10% range.
I am sure there are other possibilities as well.
One thing we do know now is how ICBM is coing to pay for the airline startup costs. Honestly that was one thing in the back of my mind that has been bugging me. I feel much better now that it is being addressed!
