Hello, back at ya Banjo... About the lawsuits

There hasn't been news on any new suits being filed; at least not to my knowledge. I believe Whirl had a post recently where he cited the lack of apparent new suits as one of very few positives on the PBLS front of late.

Last I heard you were holding shares again; are you totally out now? Anyhow, continued good fortune to you.
