I completely agree with you that we all have rights, and CEO Berman should have not gone public if he didn't want to hear our opinions in the first place. That indeed is his faults, and it is unnerving that he tries, even as meager as some in his place have, to brush many away from real issues at hand. unfortunately, we are not in control, as I wish we could be, but nonetheless are not. I for one am going to have to trust his "long term" goals. I understand many here are very upset, and feel he is bordering legal ramifications if he doesn't address them in a timely manner, but I cannot put my name on the paper that inevitably will compromise my investment here, and do away with RSDS forever. Him losing his position, in my eyes as I have seen in regards to his steadfast remarks pertaining to his controlling interests in the company, will undoubtedly be the downfall of the company as a whole. That I firmly believe.

In other words, we lose Berman, we lose RSDS, and that I am unwilling to gamble on.
