lolol....there ya go...thats what i was trying to remember....but the fact is, he was not legealy in charge....FRANK WAS....

NOW FRANK IS GONE....QBID..IS GONE....when you people realize that, you may move ahead with a NEW COMPANY UNDER NEW MANANGEMENT that actually had there stock go UP today....

100mm shares is much more manangeable than 350bb...
