if drago had a choice between settling for nothing vs going
to trial he imho probably would have gone to trial, therefore
he has imho received something, jw may be partially right that
diac looks to have made out better than we have expected
however, as long as it does not prevent the company from doing
right by shareholders with significant income i beleive that
though still aggrivated at the water under the bridge overall
shareholders will be happy, after all, just 1 9 figure deal
would have taken care of diac worse case scenario, but clyw
is looking at a dozen or more, hence worse case scenario: longs
benefit to the tune of nearly a dozen 9 figure deals hence
we are talking billons, not into hands of diac but into
the equity of shareholders
