Full disclosure:

I have 4,230,000 million shares at .0052 average. I would like 20 million. If I did my math right I can own up 20 million shares without being an insider.

I have been very upfront with everyone here that I think this is a ONE to TWO year play at a minimum. So if you think you can get a quick hitter here, than this stock is not for you. When you drop money into PHGI just kiss it goodbye for at least a year. Don't look at it, do not think about it, it is gone. This also means there is a long time where people can bash the crap out of this company and look "smart" and "educated".

I am here to tell you that this has the potential to do something incredibly special.

PHGI could also totally flop too. Bankruptcy? Come on now. There is nothing to suggest this. There is some serious risk. I hope John Beebe puts a muzzle on PRs. Let the actions of the company speak louder than poorly worded PRs. When the mini-refinery is up, a very small PR and let it go.

In my opinion, the PRs have hurt this company more than helped minus the stock buy back.

But what do I know?

STXX from ~.19 to 11.00
STRU from .11 to .75

Granted, this was a long time ago, but after my divorce I was very bitter and never wanted to trade stocks, so I am finishing up my time in the Air Force and want some fun money. I realized I do like this, the DD, and the potential gains and losses.

Just today I rode the MM shake of EWDI, HOW EXCITING! LOL Do I sell? Do I sell? NO! Now I am being rewarded. Do your own DD and do what you think.

I see posters here talking about all sorts of things and smile.

Would I buy more at .006 or .0065? Possibly, it just depends. Right now I have 27 million EWDI @ .0001 and 450,000 shares of PFUO @ .0047.

These are my honest opinions and feelings with full disclosure.

Respectfully,
Uncle Meatball
