Post on a blog are not "News". Mails or phone conversations from someone of the company are also not "News". Posts on a message board are also not "News".
As a shareholder, all I do is read PRs from the company or look at the SEC or pink sheet filings. That is where I get "News" from. As far as I can tell they are not even providing financials for this company as they are not posted on pinksheets.com.
Glad we can at least agree on that
