Maybe a dumb question but some1 explain this1 to me,,,Why does it seem that small caps seem to follow the market when it drops but the share price has a heck of a time going back up when the market does a reversal? I know it has to do with needing more buyers than sellers but that doesn't seem to be the fact when the market drops.
