I wonder if anyone can shed some light in to this. I still hold the original Suncrest shares (not free dividends). Recently I have been approached again by a broker in LA acting on behalf of First National Bank??? He is offering $14.50 per origninal share. The catch is my previous broker Midland Porter put 10 000 warrants on my behalf (I do not know if this is true) at $8.5. This guy in LA is willing to put up $42500 if I will do the same, to clear the warrants and buy my shares. Midland Porter of course has disappeared. So is my new broker BerringtonStone. Am I a subject of a continuous scam?
