Empire Film Group, Inc. (“EFG”) is a new independent film finance, production, and distribution company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience in development, production, distribution, finance and marketing of feature films and television programming. The group has filmed in various locations worldwide that include Los Angeles, Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, France, Spain, Romania, Czech Republic, Israel, Costa Rica, Venezuela, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Mexico and various locations throughout the United States. The Company has the unique financing advantage and is able to receive Canadian subsidies, tax incentives, rebates and financing through its ability to produce Canadian Content film and television projects.

In June 2006, the Company entered into a financing and production agreement with Insight Film Studios for Canadian financing and production activities for projects that will be co-produced in Canada. The Company and Insight’s first joint venture was the feature film “Blonde and Blonder”. The film completed principal photography in Vancouver and stars Pamela Anderson, Denise Richards and the Farley Brothers. In May of 2007, the film was screened at the Cannes Film Festival and a U.S. release is scheduled for the beginning of 2008.
