Mr Berman,
If infact it is your intention to deficate on your shareholders, I am prepared to write my State Officials here in Utah about your company. Utah is a state with a viable amount of natural resources and a close knit community of hard working folks. In light of the recent mining situation in Huntington, UT, we have come under the watchful eye of the entire nation. As I stated previously I am prepared to address this situation with my officials. I believe your company would not benefit with the substantial heat put on you from our state and especially from our not for profit enviromental agencies. It would benefit you however, if you would address your shareholders as to your intentions with your company. I believe the majority of us agree that we have the right to know as shareholders.
