Google amex minimum listing requirements and you'll find a few companies in the search who got on Amex without $2 price because AMEX said they met all the other requirements. I shared what I had, it's up to longs here to find out if $2 minimum applies, I read it as no minimum if they have a 3 million dollar value of their public float.
