I have known of these codes for years, and they will show up in the volume box just prior to an event. What happens is you will see just a small 3 code numbers plaed in the volume box.
Number of 200 would apply for us here, and the normal reaction would be, what idiot bought 200 shares. In other words normal volume trades shown will cease for a period of time in the volume box.

USCN had a 300 in volume box the other day, no more & no less. Also has no MM assigned to the stock. Well, 300 is stock code 300 meaning (acquired by exchange of stock.)
