gotta play by the rules....

Pick three racers each week from the top dozen in series points, but no two from the same team (Gibbs, Childress, etc...). Also pick one racer from "Provisional Land" (starting positions 36 through 43) as a "Boat Anchor" pick, providing this particular racer isn't in the top 12, OR a team mate to any of your other picks.
