This is *great* news.

I think the HP news is great, but I expect the full realization by the stock market for AMD will not occur until later this year. I expect a slow run up, with an occasional burst around earnings times.

I think the best bet is a buy and hold strategy here. Put writing is perfect here. Very little downside, and a good time to accumulate. I think short term we may see some weakness even with the HP announcement, but this will subside soon enough and give way to positive momentum once again once it all settles in.

I would not be surprised to see >$30 by the end of the year. Too many good things going AMD's way. It is almost unbelievable. I think profits will be way up by Q4. The seeds are planted except for 90nm. That one still has me a bit worried, but less so than before.

Now is no time to panic!
