the guy was guilty of aiding terrorists
assuming the story is even true. And there's no proof he was tortured. I'm an independent that happens to agree with the President on a lot of things but not all. The war against Islamo-Fascism and the security of the people of the U.S. is number one and Prsident Bush is doing a pretty good job despite Democrats and the far left who seem to want to aid the enemy.
